Cancellation Policy
• Booking Window: Sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment online at any time prior to the start of the session. • Cancellation & Fee Policy: - Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the session start time are eligible for a full refund with no penalty. - Cancellation / No-Show Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time, or non-attendance (no-shows), will incur a 100% cancellation fee (£200). • Service & Reward Availability Notice: Due to the dynamic nature of airline seat inventory and constant fluctuations in award availability, we cannot guarantee that exact preferred dates or preferred cabins will be available. We will always aim to secure options as close to your primary request as possible. Maintaining flexibility with travel dates and routes significantly increases the likelihood of finding ideal reward seats, and we strongly recommend taking a flexible approach.
